Am I happy?

Today I have received a letter from the HR of MARA, about my DG41 status, which showed a positive response. However, I dont feel anything as if it's not a good news. I know that I should feel grateful and happy with the feedback. Most probably bcoz I have lose hope with them in the early stage..I hope I am happy, bcoz I know that I should..
